What you'll be doing
- The successful candidate will provide impeccable customer service to internal and external customers. S/he will meet individual and departmental goals with regard to customer service, sales, and productivity. Incumbent will participate in hotelier briefings, seminars, familiarization trips and meetings to remain current with product and sales information, customer service skills, system changes and updates. The candidate will perform extensive knowledge of company hotel contracts. S/he will perform other duty and responsibility as assign.
What your background should be
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience. Hotel contract experience is required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Own a valid passport is required. Perform other related duties as required. Monitor group calendar for important deadlines.
Required Schooling / Training
- BS is preferred.
