Web Analytics Manager

What you'll be doing
- You will be handling on 70% of the time and manage a team of two to three associates. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day traffic and performance analysis in support of company websites. You will expand the ability to make data driven decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure that multiple stakeholders have the right data and actionable insights to do their jobs more effectively. You will ensure the integrity of all traffic, work with internal & external teams to define key metrics, define business requirements for data collection, work with QA to verify that data tagging follows through on requirements, deliver performance reports, define success for content performance, create audience segments, set up dashboards, translate report findings into actionable next steps, help drive online marketing performance, and help drive performance of key pages.
What your background should be
- 1+ years as a hands on manager web analytics manager. 5+ years as a web analytics analyst. Experience with omniture including implementation and tagging. Web analytics and market research tools (prefer compete, hitwise, quantcast, and comscore). Web reporting & analysis experience. Excellent documentation skills. Outstanding communication skills and consultative personality web analytics analyst.
