What you'll be doing

Reporting to the COO/CFO, the VP of Business Development will be chargeable for assisting ongoing efforts in both M&A and corporate partnerships. The leader of this function will ideate, source and negotiate transactions and partnerships with large media companies, individual content creators, distribution platforms, and merchandising/licensing partners. This individual will determine new content distribution opportunities domestically and internationally. She/he will promote ancillary monetization opportunities (e.g., content licensing, commerce). Moreover the person will deliver executive presentations on strategy and specific investment opportunities.
