Vendor Enrollment Associate

What you'll be doing
- Using effective sales and service skills, the VE associate will call on vendors, communicating the benefits of accepting credit card payments from mutual customer, and encouraging the vendor to accept company accounts payable (EAP) program. Functions as a critical initial contact for vendors of customers choosing to use the company virtual master card electronic accounts payable (EAP) Programs. Reaches out to vendors to obtain appropriate vendor setup details, and enables vendors in the company systems. Leverages cross-functional areas between sales, integration, process support, and tech support for the swift setup of payment process between vendors and customers. Travel and on-site training as needed/required for optimal transition. Assists in the process of vendor file analysis, acquiring missing required information, and developing the individual customer-vendor strategy. Proactively reviews the vendor enrollment process and offers suggestions for improvement to achieve the highest level of productivity, efficiency, and vendor/customer satisfaction. Initiates manual payments on behalf of customers, using pay-by-phone and vendor portal processes. Other duties and projects as assigned.
What your background should be
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, billing card industry, or relevant experience preferred. Proficiency of PCs- Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong presentation and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse population. Self-driven, motivated, and must have the ability to manage a fast-paced, result orientated environment. Exceptional communication skills. Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Team player (within department and company).
