What you'll be doing
- Direct and coordinate collection operations within company policies and procedures. Familiarity with TMT fleet tracking system, roadnet, and peoplenet blu units. Hire, train, supervise, coach and evaluate the performance of drivers and staff. Maintain parts and supply inventory by ordering items when needed following company purchasing policies. Monitor spending and cost effectiveness to ensure collections are consistent with approved budgets. Schedule and conduct safety meetings and maintain DOT requirements. Assist fleet manager in maintaining and improving fleet equipment. Effective communications with office manager, assisting staff, plant manager, and area account managers (AAM's), fleet manager, assistant general manager, and general manager to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Interact with customers and ensure service is meeting company expectations and perform customer audits. Manage maintenance and repair calls on raw materials systems; input information into system. Maintain safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations. All other duties as assigned.

- Strong routing and fleet maintenance skills. Communicate clearly in verbal and written form. Highly organized; superior time management skills. Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations; adaptable to changing situations. Able to direct and supervise others. Experience in routing processes; supervision of route drivers.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma.
