Territory Sales Manager

What you'll be doing

Develop presentations to target top-producing agents and secure commitment. Follow up with commitments and monitor percentage attainment of stated goals. Make office visits on pre-determined schedule to maintain visibility and strength existing relationships within territory. Responsible for training presentations, sales meetings, lunch & learns, realtor board events, open houses, and other similar events. Responsible for maintaining inventory of marketing supplies and warranty brochures for all offices. Answer and return telephone calls within two hours of the call or, if in meetings, return calls within an absolute minimum of four hours. Maintain marketing concessions and monitor their use judiciously. Adhere to contract and call center policies. Adhere to necessary systems to maintain calendar, contacts, and clients; expense reporting; and qualifications of clients/leads, daily.

What your background should be

Minimum four years related experience or training is required. Should have knowledge of Gmail, net software, Microsoft Office Suite, Virtus, OWN, Francis, and typing of 30 WPM or passing a keyboarding class. Good communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
