What you'll be doing
- As a teller, you provide client companies customer with outstanding service give them your full attention while make their business your top priority. You accurately conduct all credit and debit transaction in compliance with established bank policy and procedure. Keep proper cash supply on hand and prepare daily proof record while maintain and acceptable difference record. Meet sales referral goal and actively participate in sales promotion. Process customer transaction with accuracy and efficiency and have the knowledge to make product and service recommendation. Aspire to deliver world class customer service. Achieve sales and referral goal by develop a positive customer experience. Proactively seek way to develop and expand customer relationship in order to contribute toward the branch success.
What your background should be
- Minimum of six months cash handling experience required. Previous sales/customer service experience preferred in a banking/retail environment. Consistently provide world class service to customer, fellow employee and the management team. Ability to work all branch operating hours, as needed, including weekends and some evenings. Ability to travel, as needed, to required trainings and/or other branch locations. Comply with relevant organization policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to identify customer financial needs, goals and objectives.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree or equivalent required.
