What you'll be doing

The client company is currently looking for a technical support technician. This ideal candidate is responsible for handling customer technical questions, product-application recommendation requests, cross-reference requests, and customer issues regarding electrical products. This position is also responsible for implementing return material authorization program and determining product disposition based on warranty evaluations, and tracking corrective action reports. Review and recommend necessary corrections and changes to technical documents, installation manuals, user guides, and engineering specifications for the engineering department.

What your background should be

A qualified candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience working in an electrical or mechanical related field. Computer proficiency in MS office, web based applications, etc. Applicant should have strong verbal and written communications skills.
