What you'll be doing
- Responsible for ensuring all computers and peripherals operate optimally so remote users can perform their day-to-day tasks and activities. Duties include handling and documenting help requests, identifying problems and escalating as necessary, testing fixes, accessing information to help resolve issues, and developing help guides and knowledge base articles.
What your background should be
- One or more years of Help Desk/Technical Support experience.
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
