What your background should be
- 5+ years of experience in related field preferred, 1+ years of leading others on a technical support team, with a user base of over 500 users. Hands on experience supporting and troubleshooting of Windows 7, Windows 2008 R2, PC, network, hardware, and software configuration, Windows Print Servers, Call Management software, Maas360, Macs, and Novell ZENworks infrastructure system including patch management and imaging. Support experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is strongly preferred. CompTIA and/or Microsoft certifications a plus 1+ years of working with VMware.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university; a degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
