What you'll be doing
- The candidate is responsible for maintaining an Inspired Selling culture in the computing department. Committed to offer every customer a total solution for his/her technology and computing need. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the Tech and computing department achieves key metrics, including profitable sale and customer satisfaction. An important focus of this role is to grow the business by offering solution to the customer that meets their need. The candidate is expected to possess extensive knowledge of the product assortment and tech service available to customer and recognize the opportunity to advise the customer on these offering.
What your background should be
- Experience and interest in using report and metric to shape vision, goal objectives. Sales and customer service experience in a retail environment. Adapt the level of detail and type of communication to the intended audience. Demonstrate a genuine interest in people, their business and their technology need. Strong interpersonal skill and possess excellent verbal and written communication skill is desired.
