Technical Call Center Representative

What you'll be doing
- The client company is currently looking for a technical call center representative. Provide remote technical and warranty support on Evinrude and Johnson product to the dealer and OEM networks. Provide consumers support regarding product information and issue resolution with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Quickly identify and report product issues through effective use of the after sales quality improvement process. Support Evinrude social media (e-nation) and web based technology forums.
What your background should be
- Minimum 2-3 years of work of relevant experience within the marine industry. Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and related software packages. Bilingual English/French oral and written. Some travel is required.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma with relevant field.
