What you'll be doing

The technical systems analyst will analyze, monitor and support assigned transaction processing platform while driving customer satisfaction and the account managers. This position is the focal point to the platforms ensuring operational and process excellence. Work effectively alone and in a team environments with quality and timely results. Able to work under tight deadlines while providing high-quality work. Continuously monitor the platform for operational excellence elements for process improvements. Own the platform and grow the knowledge of the services and products on the platform driving for customer satisfaction. Strong partnership with development teams. Parse, analyze and understand system log files. Customer service orientation with the ability to effectively interact with users of all levels.

What your background should be

Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to proactively address system issues that have potential impact for the corporation. Strong research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Plan solutions and coordinate with development team.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree.
