What you'll be doing
- The candidate will be responsible to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. S/he will establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. The incumbent will also be accountable to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. The applicant will service include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy change, transfer, claim submissions, and billing clarification. The successful individual will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. The ideal candidate will perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Knowledge of financial services products. Excellent communication (written, verbal, and listening). Organizational skills, self-motivated skills preferred. Ability to work multi-task.in a team environment.
