What you'll be doing
- The successful candidate will be liable for daily performance of a team whose goal is offering accurate timely and professional client service via multiple channels (telephone, correspondence, or mail). Team Leader will lead and motivate team and individual agents to fulfill and exceed required daily performance metrics and measurements. It is the responsibility of the Team Leader to manage oversee evaluate and coach while motivating and building strong relationships with agents, their peers and customer management team. Moreover the person will address questions in accordance with organization policies, case handling, key performance indicators and general inquiries.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
