What you'll be doing

This position will administer hourly workforce to fulfill organizational objectives in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Team leader will ensure all administrative task and associates evaluations/corrective activities are conducted appropriately and timely. The successful candidate will be answerable for Supervising, guiding and motivating, colleagues work together and ensure they're delivering good customer service. Team Leader's responsibilities involve handling complaints (from both staff and customers), helping with training and development, and supervising financial responsibilities.
