Tableau Reporting Analyst

What you'll be doing

Gathers and analyzes information from multiple sources to provide routine and ad hoc reporting in support of operations. Presents data visualizations, dashboards and reports to guide decision making. Writes and uses large SQL queries to extract thousands of rows of data across multiple databases. Develops, analyzes and improves forecasting and staffing to ensure optimal staff coverage for service level goals. Proactively conducts root cause analyses to assist management in determining process improvements. Leads weekly planning meetings with operations management providing recommendations on changes to forecasts or schedules to meet contact center service goals. Works collaboratively with project management, professional services and marketing to implement new database tools.

What your background should be

2-3 years related experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced tableau skills. Advanced MS Excel, MS Access skills. Experience with business intelligence applications or tools. Ability to translate complicated data into usable information. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
