What you'll be doing

The IS communications messaging systems administrator will provide administration and support for companies Exchange, Lync, Mobility, SharePoint, Polycom, and Domino environments. This position will also provide multi-tiered support for companies corporate headquarters in Seattle as well as 200+ branch systems. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, possessing sound judgment and excellent problem solving skills. Due to the nature of this fast paced position, the candidate must be organized and be able to prioritize quickly. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences. Participate in an on-call rotation. Major duties and responsibilities include the mailbox setup in Exchange, site creation in SharePoint, creation of Mobility accounts, server administration for Mobility and Lync, video endpoint creation, and troubleshooting for all supported products. This position provide support to local and regional IS for setup and troubleshooting of email client issues (Outlook and Lotus notes), creation of mailboxes and distribution groups, Mobility issues, and SharePoint site issues. The position will have responsibility for server maintenance tasks within Domino, Lync, and Mobility environments.

What your background should be

Intermediate experience with Exchange/Outlook, Mobility (MobileIron/Blackberry). Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Ability to comprehend and write technical documentation. Excellent problem solving skills and follow through. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with PowerShell, Windows OS, SharePoint, and Lync preferred. Working knowledge of Office 2013 preferred.
