What your background should be
- Minimum 2 years work experience in the customer service/ support environment. Information systems experience is desirable. Problem solving/troubleshooting and project management skills preferred. Familiar with project management principles, tools and techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop expertise in configuration, operations and support of computer systems.
Required Schooling / Training
- B.S. or B.A. in medical technology; laboratory science; computer science or other related scientific field.
