What your background should be
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience or 5+ years of elevator industry work experience is required. Previous superintendent/manager experience is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications. Require demonstrated people leadership and project management skills. Require strong computer skills, specifically in MS office, including Word and Excel. Require demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employee and customer, internal and external.
Required Schooling / Training
- HS degree/GED required. Bachelor or associate degree preferred.
