Strategic Partner Specialist

What you'll be doing
- Research in industry leaders, bloggers, influencers, channel distributors, primary market member bases organizations, and sparking interest about the strategic and ambassador partner programs. Manage educating the newly hired members of the sales team quarterly on best practices of partner outreach and help the sales representatives identify what makes a great candidate for the referral partner programs, which will drive potential partner leads as a result. Maintain positive relationships, in part, through daily calls to strategic partners and ambassadors to offer any needed marketing or program support or to ask if they have any referrals interested in a software demonstration. Manage all aspects of increasing lead generation and conversion from another client referral source. Institute dashboard for real time tracking for all clients. Schedule regular promotions for this channel to continually increase awareness of the referral program to owners and staff users. Carefully track and analyze results on a weekly basis. Suggest strategies as needed to pivot another client business model to maximize results. Build ambassador community. Community of ambassadors that consists of existing clients, and industry brand ambassadors. Create regional opportunities for ambassadors to connect, share resources. Lead ambassador community institution on website (build ambassador forum on site). Manage other projects, as assigned. Participate in regular meetings with the strategic partner manager. Participate in regular meetings with marketing content manager. Build productive working relationships with staff, internal teams, external partners, prospects, clients, vendors and management.
What your background should be
- A strong closer and have had previous experience closing and negotiating partnership agreements. Experienced with inside sales and/or direct marketing. Proficient with MS Office Suite, Sales force, and Google Apps. 1-3 years of enterprise relationship sales experience preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- College graduate.
