What you'll be doing

Store planner is responsible for initial inventory set up for all real estate activity stores and work cross functionally to ensure the inventory levels reflect each individual store sales patterns and needs. The real estate store planner will support the brand with strong cross functional relationships within the field, store operations, logistics, and inventory management team. Partner with real estate finance to understand the timeline, escalate and inform of foreseeable risk of plans or strategies. Partner with field and visual to understand the demographic of RE activity stores; and create sales and inventory forecast collaboratively. Work with inventory management, logistics, store operation, and transportation to coordinate and set up initial inventory allocation to meet or exceed sales plans and reflect inventory strategies. Provide RE activity stores status updates on inventory levels, timelines, and stores issues along with supporting data and recommendation of executable plans or solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to allocate appropriate amount of inventory for key marketing events. Identify and propose new ideas that drive the business or improve efficiency.

What your background should be

Two to four years of inventory management experiences. Demonstrated problem solving capabilities with knowledge of retail math. Capable of influencing at multiple levels within the organization. Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners. Strong technical capabilities and comfort with complex data systems.
