What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspect of corporate stores to include, but not limited to; hiring, training and developing of employee; ordering and receiving of product; managing cost of good and store financial. Actively manage team member by regularly providing feedback, conducting performance assessment and setting goal to improve team member and store performance. Plan, identify, communicate and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practice ensuring smooth flow of operations at all time. Build sale through providing an amazing customer experience and local store marketing project. Train new franchisee and manager on operational tactic and practice. Participate in innovative product trial and project. Provide feedback and operational expertise in product and procedural test.
What your background should be
- Three years of restaurant management; multi unit experience a plus. Ability to travel domestically up to of the time. Ability to relocate is strongly preferred. Ability to work a rotating retail schedule, including night and weekend, is required. The position also requires strong leadership, analytical and customer service skills.
