What your background should be
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience with high-volume retail recruitment; experience recruiting for multiple locations and multiple job types simultaneously; ability to handle and prioritize multiple job openings. 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume shared services/call center environment for a large national company. 1 to 3 years of experience with kenexa-brassring recruitment system or similar systems. Knowledge of federal, state (all), and local laws governing general employment and recruitment practices. Knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing technique. Experience analyzing resumes and phone screening applicants. Demonstrated proficiency with the use of a computer and software applications including Microsoft office. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable working with all levels in the organization.
