What you'll be doing
- The staffing recruiter is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates in order to hire the best possible talent. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Develop and execute recruiting plans based on organizations objectives. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; newsgroups, job sites, social media, etc. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements. Review with managers the effectiveness of the recruiting process. Work closely with HR administrator to assure all federal and state regulations are followed during the hiring process. Handle confidential and non-routine information. Required to perform other duties as assigned.
