What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and executing candidate generation strategies which integrate diversity and compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the retail and e-commerce industries, identifying and leveraging best practices, and competitive intelligence in the recruiting space. Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities. Build a strong partnership with all key stakeholders. Partner with clients to drive staffing solutions that meet the needs of the business and source, interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates for assigned requisitions. May have strategic consulting and influencing skills in order to provide staffing expertise and recommendations.
What your background should be
- Must have effective strategic thinking, talent search skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary. Ability to understand, articulate and sell Microsoft culture and business initiatives.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
