What you'll be doing
- Drawing upon your acute leadership abilities, you will be engaged with transforming retail technology processes to a future state, lean IT and agile. This work will span from participation in the initial development of the direction at an enterprise level through the implementation of new processes across retail technology. You will represent retail technology in all activities. You will succeed in this endeavor through the organization of a diverse team in multiple sites, developing plans designed to meet retail needs as well as deadlines, developing partnerships both within retail and at an enterprise level, identification of appropriate resources, development of communication and training materials and the development of metrics to measure success. Use a variety of project management methodologies to guide this activity successfully.
What your background should be
- 7+ years of direct technology related experience. Expertise on retail technologies and project management methodologies and practices. PMP or other project management related certification preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

- Bachelor degree
