What you'll be doing

The client company is currently looking for a Spanish order entry. The candidate is responsible to answer customer calls in both Spanish and English in a polite and courteous manner. Use creativity to effectively solve customer concerns with the purpose of creating complete customer satisfaction. Assist in a variety of situations including placing orders, tracking packages for customers, reshipping products, completing returns/refunds, and online troubleshooting. Keep accurate logs of every call. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Fluent in Spanish and English, excellent customer relations skills. Sharp written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze and creatively solve problems. Perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information.
