What you'll be doing
- Become a Spanish customer assistance representative for the company and join a team with a track record of continued success. Provide professional assistance to company customers in regards to resolving payment issues. Help resolve credit issues and reactivate customer accounts that have been cancelled due to credit issues. Determine viable solutions with customers involved in collection by using good judgement, excellent customer service skills as well as understanding company polices. Perform other related duties as assigned by the authority.
What your background should be
- Near native fluency in the Spanish language as well as the English language. Outstanding customer service skills. Basic accounting experience. Strong communication skills. Type 30+ WPM and 10 key by touch. Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy. Sharp organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information.
