What you'll be doing
- Perform outbound sales calls to develop profitable business with current customers and build relationships opportunities, forecasts, and other performance reports. Work with sales on developing sales strategies to penetrate accounts. Execute enablement plans with customer growth with designated account management primary function is to sell the product which they are assigned. Work to identify and resolve customer needs. Partners with internal departments to determine optimal pricing to exceed business objectives. Configure optimal solutions to enable customers to maximize opportunities with their end users. Maintain expertise on the company, products, programs, competition, and market to be able to answer inquiries in a professional and accurate manner. Assists the partners in creating and implementing business plans to uncover new opportunities with existing accounts to increase profitable growth. Communicate regularly with the partner and data management to review account performance, market trends, and business development opportunities. Relationship management builds influential relationships with the partners sales teams, sales teams and customers. Participate in the partner and data sponsored meetings, trade shows, seminars, trainings, and other marketing events. Market analysis/research evaluates customer slippage reports to determine customers requiring focused attention and follow-up to regain market share.
What your background should be
- Minimal travel. Professional, office environment. 2-4 years of sales experience. Some positions may need specific technical or sales certifications.
