What you'll be doing
- The incumbent is responsible and accountable for supervising and supporting productive and profitable restaurant operation. This includes providing great guest service, delivering exceptional food quality and ensuring team member efficiency, safety and security. The successful candidate is dedicated to meeting the need of restaurant guest, creating a climate in which team member want to do their best and is seen as a team player who has the ability to find common ground with peer and direct report. Interact with guest, staff and management. Open and close the restaurant according to organizational standard by supervising team member performance including setup, food preparation and cleaning. Ensure team member follow all company safety policies and procedure.
What your background should be
- Must have one to two years of related restaurant experience. Must have the ability to communicate in English. Bi lingual a plus. Must have the ability to perform basic money related mathematical calculation. Must have the ability to stand for long period of time.
