What you'll be doing

Acts as a business/systems analyst to understand the needs of different businesses (from small to enterprise). Acts as a liaison between business line and technical organization by planning and conducting the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Leads and facilitates information gathering sessions and generate requirements (e.g. use cases, functional requirements, low-fidelity wireframes, etc.). Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing SharePoint centric solutions and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Acts as a SME on the Microsoft SharePoint stack, including configuring, deploying and demonstrating out of the box features as well as solutioning custom components and web parts to extend SharePoint.

What your background should be

Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience with MOSS 2007 and SharePoint 2010 Practical, hands-on experience with deploying, configuring and administrating SharePoint environments. Practical, hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations/upgrades. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (oral and written). Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
