Servicing Training Manager

What you'll be doing
- Assess the development needs of employees and determine suitable training solutions for the staff. Develop and search for and select effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Conduct follow-up studies of training programs and activities to measure and evaluate results. Monitor training program effectiveness and modify programs as needed. Design trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities to those involved in training program delivery. Develop and maintain communications, such as reference materials and newsletters, to ensure employees have knowledge of events and general information. Develop the budget for training and monitor spending in relation to budget. Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff in the development and improvement of training programs. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.
What your background should be
- Communication proficiency. Presentation skills. Learning interest and orientation. Attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. At least 3 years of related experience. Prefer related experience in mortgage servicing.
