Service Market Support Representative

What you'll be doing
- Escalate issues to the appropriate person or organization to expedite the resolution of complex problems on behalf of the client. Develop multiple internal relationships with key departments to assist with problem-solving. Identify systemic recurring issues, identify root causes, and develop systemic solutions for process improvement. Elevate issues and solutions to the manager of engagement & administrative support for cross department, market, region, and Broker/ GA improvements. Work directly with clients to determine the view of issues, and be the client advocate for resolution when the standard channels are not resolving the issue(s). Communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction with the resolution. Inform the appropriate sales team member of plans, actions, and results. Use project management methods to track, mitigate, and solve complex issues, follow up with clients and improve processes.
What your background should be
- Must have a health and life license. Experience with processes and product offerings. Prior experience with managing escalated service issues is essential. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously, highly organized, and detailed oriented. Working knowledge of all Microsoft programs.

- Bachelor degree
