What you'll be doing
- In this position, the role of the person is to focus on the details in delivering good quality service to the residents and guests in fulfilling their need through staff with the values and standards of the company, and compliance with state/federal regulations. The Service Manager will accomplish customer service objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Moreover the person will determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers.
What your background should be
- 3 years of restaurant management experience

- Bachelor's degree
