What you'll be doing

Under broad direction, Service Manager will develop service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work. The ideal candidate will promote and encourage safety and service quality. Responsible for profit/loss/ROI and corrective actions. She/he will coordinate and support with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL. The person will investigate and execute follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs. Service Manager will interface and work effectively with Service Coordinator and Performance Development Coordinator pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues.
