What you'll be doing
- It is the responsibility of the Service Manager to supervise the daily service operations at the local level (service support team and technicians will report directly to this individual). The position holder will be required to construct and lead a high-performing, customer-focused team. The person will insure that his/her people work as a team to provide a hassle-free experience for customers. She/he will effectively motivate change within his/her organization to insure one consistent way of doing business with other Equipment Depot locations. Service Manager will works with his/her Operations Manager to determine trends within the organization or business environment and develop plans to address.
What your background should be
- 2 years of management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
Who is the client company
- Presents industry leading forklift brands such as Cat Lift Trucks, Nissan, Clark, Mitsubishi, Barrett, Doosan, Princeton, Hoist and Taylor forklifts.
