What you'll be doing
- This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to client service staff to fulfill customer needs and expectations, while provide technical assistance to customers via the telephone regarding the application, installation, and operation of organization's products. Service Manager will expand and supervise strategic Service initiatives and programs. It is the role of the successful candidate to resolve and answer to the full range of customer issues over the phone and in the field. She/he will also serve as an escalation point for customer issues. Moreover Service Manager will control on site installer training for "Installer Certification Program"
What your background should be
- 5 years of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
