What you'll be doing

Service Manager will supervise staff of service department of branch to offer quality service to all clients. It is the duty of the Service Manager to offer continuing up to date training of branch service and sales personnel. In addition, the selected candidate will handle the client complaints, maintain current awareness of number of clients remaining to be serviced in the month, and maintain inventory. To takeover the duty of servicing a pest route in case of the lack of sufficient pest control technicians, is also the job function of the Service Manager. Moreover she/he will examine termite and pest control work done by branch personnel to make sure compliance with company policies and procedures.

6 months related experience

Required Schooling / Training

1 year college certificate

Provides lawn care and landscape maintenance, termite and pest control, disaster response and reconstruction, house cleaning, and furniture repair.
