What you'll be doing

Assisting customers via phone, email and webpage surrounding the window 7 migration effort. Provides remote system administration support, system maintenance, and operation of Windows in both the thick and thin environment. Troubleshoots problems and applies resolutions remotely. Resolves desktop problems and service requests such as profile issues and software installs remotely using tools such as SMS, Remote Desktop Connection, Active Directory, etc. Logs and tracks inquiries using service request management database, and maintains history records and related documentation. Promptly categorizes, generates, routes and escalates, when necessary.

What your background should be

Must meet contract level requirements for appropriate position. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with Windows operating systems, hardware platforms and software packages. Must have strong written, verbal communication skills and customer service.
