Senior Shopper Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing
- The senior shopper marketing manager is accountable for developing integrated marketing solutions that leverage insights to unite the brands, the shopper, strategies to delight shoppers and trigger demand. Activate against shopper and consumer insights. Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies that meet customer and business growth expectations. Establish success metrics to measure and track shopper marketing initiatives; evolve programming components to increase ROI under a continuous improvement mentality. Lead execution of all plans with excellence. Manage agencies, partnerships, resourcing to ensure success. Develop and leverage relationships with marketing counterparts. The candidate will lead customer sells in of marketing programs. Provide leadership in driving for efficiency improvement of all shopper marketing investments. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Three or five years of experience in brand marketing with at least five years in classical brand management preferred. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate.
