Senior Sales Manager

What you'll be doing
- Overall responsible for the region sales, third party alliance and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximize client companies opportunity across all product and product line. Manage and develop a team of sales representative including recruit, hire and train new representative on the client companies sales process. Sell and promote the sales of companies product to customer including negotiating price, other concession and term and condition of the sale. Participate in strategic and tactical plan for the division. Build working relationship with license, consult and education field manager in the respective territory to develop joint account plan. Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generate and achieve monthly territory forecast and accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis. Conduct weekly progress meeting with sales team. Manage and control activity in multi functional area or section. Ensure appropriate operational plan is effectively executed to meet corporate specification.
What your background should be
- Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representative. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
