Senior Manager (Customer Marketing & Content Strategy)

What you'll be doing

Lead a passionate, dedicated team of digital marketers, content strategists, and web producers delivering high-impact marketing and customer communications to a multitude of digital devices. Provide a seamless, cohesive content experience tailored for TV, web, tablet, and phone screens that optimize the way company communicate with its customers. Work with company business owners, vendors, and technology teams to intake, prioritize work, and develop implementation plans. Collaborate with the creative team to develop a vision and strategy to systematize content for company customer marketing initiatives across all screens. Collaborate with UX/UI team to ensure new products, features support, and enhance cross-platform content and marketing strategies. Manage a team with the right talent and bench strength to scale and carry the vision forward. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Minimum 7 years of experience in digital work for globally renowned brands, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. 3 years of experience in initiating, directing, implementing and managing marketing and content for complex, large-scale web/interactive applications and services that includes a strong working knowledge of marketing, user experience best practices, project management, and web development methodologies.
