What you'll be doing

Manages executive scheduling,, calendaring and meeting coordination (including meeting set-up, attendance and note taking). Detects and resolves conflicting priorities independently and proactively. Manages travel arrangements and itineraries. Manages expense submission, attendance and other administrative functions. Coordinates events as required (including staff or partner/client off sites). Communicates with a wide variety of individuals and groups both internal and external via phone, email and meetings. Manages executive level mailbox including constructing responses, identifying priority mail and escalating issues. Constructs power point presentations under the guidance of others (providing expertise related to formatting for impact), creates and manages spreadsheets as necessary. Maintains large numbers of files accurately and can retrieve archived information quickly.

What your background should be

Must have expert level skills in Microsoft tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must have highly developed prioritization skills and be able to organize self and others. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive issues with composure. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently. Partners with others to accomplish goals. Must have 7 years of experience using macros and pivot tables in Excel.
