What you'll be doing
- Responsible for providing support of expansion efforts aimed at ensuring proper CIR workflow, timing, and tracking of Capex and revenue for all expansion activities. Perform quality assurance and verification of all documentation and coding prior to moving the CIR to construction. This position will work closely with the inside and outside sales segmentation departments by providing support which will assist in driving acceleration in the sales and installation process. Process pending revenue form submittals from account executives. Perform ad hoc CIR creation as needed. Apply expansion coding to CIRs in Optix as needed. Monitor and respond to emails sent to H2A e-mail address. Work with engineering department to address discrepancies between expansion address lists and engineering field notes. Provide sales support and pending revenue form follow up to account executives. Prepare expansion address lists for integration with Optix, Heat, PPM, & H2A Workspace. Communicate with stakeholders as needed.
What your background should be
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in administrative, data entry etc. field. Require basic knowledge of Windows based applications (Word and Excel). Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school or GED.
