What you'll be doing
- Ensure world class guest satisfaction at all time for all internal owner and guest, as well as external guest. Perform all element of the check in and departure process for the designated sales and marketing department. Achieve personal and departmental written objective determine throughout the year by the sales center support manager. Maintain professionalism with sales staff, team member, prospective purchaser and orange lake owner. Facilitate guest flow and sales tour assignment. Maintain adequate physical material inventory level for the department. Ensure check in accuracy by verify marketing qualification for proper tour assignment. Prepare, reconcile and distribute all departmental reporting upon management approval in a timely manner. Prepare rotation and supply for the next day business. Adhere to the department dress code. Assist sales manager and sales consultant with ensure all question answer in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner.
What your background should be
- Excellent computer and telephone skills. Proficient in use of internet, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Outstanding verbal and communication skills. Strong customer service skills and commitment. Able to priorities, organize and delegate assignment with ease. Strong work ethic.
