What you'll be doing

In this role you will sell a diverse range of wireless products with a focus on cellular DAS, public safety enhancement and Wi-Fi solutions serving enterprise cabling and security solutions market. Serve a variety of markets by suggesting and delivering the right infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs. Actively participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow business. Assist with the qualification of the opportunity (direct customers to appropriate resource based on size). Support DAS customers with your own technical knowledge on DAS products (CommScope, Corning, ADRF, passive products and PIM). Work with customers to understand their pipeline. Work with company inventory management team to forecast projects and day to day products. Provide superior customer service by delivering products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations. Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention. Actively engage company colleagues and resources regularly to provide a complete customer solution in order to capitalize on opportunities. Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

What your background should be

Your sales skills need be unrivaled, but it also helps if you have: DAS experience required. Understanding of the DAS industry (FCC regulations, integrators, carriers and OEMs). OEM certification (CommScope, Corning, TE, ADRF and Ericsson). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A confident and determined approach. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
