What you'll be doing
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan. Identify prospects and communicate company services via email, phone, and social media. Participate in tradeshows, conferences, etc. Maintain new and revised contract info via contract management database. Prepare proposal for services to include project scope, pricing, and terms for each client. Email invoices to clients and manage accounts receivable. Research and monitor trends and activities of competition by reading professional publications and participating in online networking mediums. Create and implement a strategic marketing plan. Develop or revise printed marketing collateral, such as sheets, brochures, etc. Seek out advertising opportunities and develop or revise advertisements. Manage company website, including content and image editing. Maintain a social networking presence in LinkedIn via individual and company profiles. Serve as liaison between client and production facility personnel provide project reports and general follow up to clients during project identify and order project supplies.
