What you'll be doing
- The individual speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, as well as demonstrates strong group presentation skills. The individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. Identifies high potential accounts within territory. Understands each prospect's business strategy. Prospects by phone and email to identify contacts, uncovers specific departmental needs, influences decision priorities and drives commitment. Builds and nurtures a steady pipeline that generates new business. Performs all other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- The individual has experience selling into multi-decision maker sales. Can identify who are influencers, champions, decision makers, gatekeepers and obstacles. Can distinguish between objections and conditions. Must be highly effective at orchestrating numerous buying influences through the sales evaluation process. Experienced in complex sales. Proficient in enterprise software sales. Efficient, effective and consistent with telesales. Familiar with web technologies & online marketing. Talented at building valuable business relationships. Detail-oriented & very analytical. An excellent communicator (both written & spoken). Being bilingual and a South Florida resident is a plus.
