What you'll be doing

This individual will manage the community level of company's model parks and general community presentation, generating referrals and building strategic client and realtor relationships to earn sales and maximize revenues for the organization. It is the role of the Sales Consultant to maintain first class presentation of community to make sure outstanding buyer experience. The position holder will be responsible for monitoring and meeting client service objectives, generating leads from client referrals and core realtor partners, and conducting interviews will all prospects to make sure their needs; present product and opportunities through inventory home presentations community tours. Moreover the person will make needed paperwork for each home sale for prospective purchasers.
